Below are recommended commercial bands for corporate buyers (USD, annual unless noted). They reflect typical healthtech SaaS economics for regulated workflows — your final contract depends on scope, region, and security requirements.

How we calculate corporate fees
We do not price on a single public “per seat” list for all buyers. Instead, we combine a platform base, scale (users and sites), modules, and risk / compliance load. This keeps pilots affordable while reflecting enterprise support cost.

Covers Hub, Assistant, Monitor, hosting, updates, and baseline support. Larger in Enterprise when SSO, pen-test artifacts, and integration work are in scope.
Seat component
Rule of thumb for budgeting: plan roughly $38 – $72 USD / user / month for annual commits on the core stack (blended; not a public list price for every SKU). Pilots include a bundled seat block; overages are quoted if you expand mid-term.
Site multiplier
+15% to +45% for second and third hospitals under one contract (not linear forever — negotiated caps apply). Single-site Department tier has multiplier = 1.
Region & currency
GCC and other regions may be invoiced in AED or USD with a documented FX reference. Withholding / VAT handling is stated in the order form.
Worked example (illustrative)
Scenario: One laboratory department, 55 named users, annual contract, single site, core stack only.
• Platform base (Department band): ~$52,000
• Seats: 55 × ~$50/mo × 12 ≈ $33,000 (blended rate; included minimums may apply)
• Indicative total band: ~$85k – $110k / year before discounts, Logger, or integration projects — aligns with the Department tier range above.
