Samplify FZCO is a technology company in Dubai. We came to this from laboratory diagnostics, where we spent years watching correct written instructions be followed incorrectly — and where we still consult and teach. MedNAIS™ is the software that came out of it, and the problem it solves turned out not to belong to laboratories.

Our background is in the preanalytical phase of laboratory diagnostics: how a specimen is collected, handled and transported before anybody analyses it. It is unglamorous work in which most errors are made before the instrument is ever switched on, and almost all of them are departures from an instruction that was written down correctly and then carried out from memory.
That is not a laboratory problem. A torque figure on a production line, a load check before a lift, an isolation step before maintenance, a cold-chain handover in a warehouse — same instruction, same memory, same gap. So MedNAIS is written for work in general: healthcare and laboratories, manufacturing and maintenance, logistics and warehousing, construction and workplace safety. Medicine is one of the four examples rather than the frame around the rest, and earlier versions of this page said otherwise.
We also still do the consulting the company began with — practice assessment, specimen collection training, quality assessment programmes, medical writing. That is a professional service delivered by people, and it is described on the consulting page. It is separate from the software, and neither is a condition of the other.
One product, three parts
One account covers all of it. There is nothing to license separately, and nothing to buy — there is no billing in MedNAIS at all.
The console
In a browser. Write a procedure, or draft one from a document you upload and publish it once somebody qualified has read it. Invite people, give them roles, and watch runs as they happen.
At the point of work
On a phone, a tablet or a watch, where the work is done. One step at a time, with confirmations, checklists, timed waits and code scans. Works without a connection.
Records and analytics
What was performed, by which version, in what order, and how long each step took. Weekly and monthly summaries, filters, and CSV export.
